Staff Selection Commission conducted the Central Police Organizations Examination, 2009 on 06.09.2009 for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors in Central Police Organizations (CPOs) for which written result was declared on 30.4.2010 wherein it was, inter-alia, mentioned that result in respect of female candidates whose additional list was issued on 25.3.2010

The Commission has now finalized the result of such candidates and following is the details of 56 (55 female+01 male) candidates who have been declared successful in the written Part (Paper-I+II) and found medically fit, for being called for the Interview.

Staff Selection Commission
The Staff Selection Commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training and comprises of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations who are appointed on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Central Government from time to time. The Commission is provided such supporting staff as considered necessary by the Central Government.

Staff Selection Commission invites online and offline applications for recruitment of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks.

1. Data Entry Operators (DEOs)
Qualification : 10+2 pass
PayScale : Rs 5200-20200

2. Lower Division Clerks (LDCs)
Qualification : 10+2 pass
PayScale : Rs.5200-20200

Application Fee : Rs. 100/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman.

Staff Selection Commission conducts an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of SAS Apprentices, a Group “C’ Non Gazetted Ministerial post in the Office of Controller General of Defence Accounts.

Section Officer (Accounts)

No of Posts : 453

Age Limit : Min 18 years and Max 27 years as on the Closing Date i e 27.04.2010

Qualification : University Degree in Honours or MA/M.Sc./M.Com or Diploma of Chartered Accounts and Costs and Works Accounts from recognized institutes/organizations.

Fee : Rs. 100 Only/-

How To Apply : Candidates who wish to be considered against vacancies reserved/or seek age relaxation must submit requisite certificate from the competent authority, in the prescribed format when such certificates are sought by concerned Regional/Sub Regional Offices after declaration of result of written examination. Otherwise, their claim for SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExS status will not be entertained and their candidature/applications will be considered under General (UR) category. The formats of the certificates are annexed. Candidates claiming OBC status may note that certificate on creamy layer status should have been obtained within three years before the closing date i.e., 27.04.2010.
