Ever since megastar Chiranjeevi has started his Praja Rajyam party, about 80% vouch that the mastermind behind it happens to be Allu Aravind but here is something that might just stump you off. This is said to be an off the record conversation that took place between Allu Aravind and someone.
Apparently, it was about one month ago in flight when Aravind was traveling that he happened to reveal to someone next to his seat that he was not at all interested with this idea of politics and had urged Chiru that they would settle in a South Asian country and retire for the rest of life.
But it is heard that there was immense pressure from brothers Nagababu and Pawan Kalyan on Chiru to enter politics and the rest as they say is history. While it is not sure how much of this is true only time will tell who or what the cause was for Chiru to get into this murky field.
Although Aravind is telling this it is said that he is expecting big crores for selling a ticket. He happens to be dual tongued in fact.
Visakhapatnam: Members of the Chiranjeevi blood donors club will file civil, criminal and defamation cases in the district court here on Monday against actor Rajasekhar’s wife and Mahila Congress leader Jeevitha for her derogatory remarks on Chiranjeevi blood banks in the state.
Stating that Jeevitha has hurt their feeling with her comments that the blood banks are doing business at the expense of the commoners, the members said they won’t keep quiet till the actor’s wife apologises to the lakhs of Chiranjeevi fans. They said they would release a white paper on the blood supplied to the needy people by the Chiranjeevi blood banks. “If our blood banks are doing business, then how did the government give the best blood bank award to the Chiranjeevi blood bank,” one of the members said.
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Political” camp at Jubilee Hills in city is buzzing with activity lately with youth drawn from all castes and communities pouring-in in large numbers.
The actor’s advisers are busy concentrating on problemmatic and sensitive issues like Telangana statehood, growing corruption, farmers problems and so on. They are being aided by Allu Aravind, brother-in-law of Chiranjeevi. A view that seems to be emerging on the Telangana issue is to gather public opinion through an intensive survey.
Meanwhile the Megastar’s nephew and leading hero of Telugu cinema, Allu Arjun told newsmen that he would actively campaign for his uncle’s party when it is launched.
Film actor Chiranjeevi’s party took another step forward towards its formation when it delegated district-level organisational responsibilities in Karimnagar, Khammam, Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy of Andhra Pradesh at a well-attended meeting here on Monday.
However, while names were not disclosed at the meetings attended by the actor’s brother, K. Nagendra Babu, and the party’s ideologue, P. Mitra, it was made amply clear that the basic organisational structure was put in place. The week-long ‘Sannahaka Samaveshaalu’ (preparatory meetings) at the Raavi Narayana Reddy auditorium in Banjara Hills, will handle four districts a day till Saturday.
Introductory lecture
Kicking off the proceedings in the morning, Mr. Nagendra Babu took the audience through an introductory lecture on what necessitated the entry of Mr. Chiranjeevi. He said the date of the launch was yet to be finalised and the megastar himself would make the announcement at a meeting in the State capital. The machinery was in place, he declared, adding that the army of people making a beeline to be a part of the ‘mega rail’ was swelling by the day. Dr. Mitra sought to dispel notions that district/mandal committees were already formed and termed the meetings as the first step to have an organisation in place.
Referring to scrolls on television channels that booth-level committees were formed, he said, “We have only delegated responsibilities. Members concerned were asked to shoulder the burden of taking the new political party’s message into the districts. This is not a position.”

Already, locations have been identified to set up party offices at different levels— District, Mandal, and Assembly Constituency headquarters. These offices will be ready to function as the new party will be launched.
Simultaneously, arrangements being made briskly for the Youth Wings also at different levels. All these offices, according to sources close to the film star, will function in co-ordination with the State Headquarters Office at Hyderabad being got ready at the posh Jubilee Hills.

The general impression of public on Chiranjeevi is a mixed concoction. The people those are against Chiranjeevi generally point out the following things in majority. Chiru should know where he is lacking in maintaining his image in public.
1) Chiru expects big budget if the film is made by a producer other than his family member. .
2) All his friends (Sudhakar, Prasad Babu etc.,) are not with him, he kept them away. He is too much into his family, but not friends, he never makes friendship with people less fortunate than him.
3) He has ‘bandhu preethi’ a lot. He maybe good, but his family may not.
4) He never really entertained any of his earlier-days producers, writers or directors, like Mr Rajnikanth did. He didn’t even bless Mr Kodandarami Reddy’s son during his movie launch.
5) His blood bank collects money from people for Blood if you don’t have white card. When Chiru collects Blood for free and sell it for profit. That is not charity.
6) He is not great decision maker; look at his first daughter wedding fiasco with Uday Kiran. He changed his wording in two days.
7) He breaks into tears when pressure hits him and gets emotional.
8* His second daughter issue, well, everyone knows. He failed as a father.
9) His brother broke his wedding promises to a female; this can be highlighted and female voters may keep away from him.
10) His son made an accident with his Honda CRV, they manipulated that case and now no one knows about it. This tells Chiru is manipulative and not straight forward type.
How far Chiru can manage to be good all the while with these impressions circulating in public?
“Chiranjeevi is a drunkard. He consumes a full bottle of foreign liquor every day and therefore has no moral right to enter politics and talk about social values,” was the latest comment made by Marketing Minister M Mareppa.
It appears Mareppa is behaving like a self-styled spokesman of the Congress. After making several loose-tongue comments against several Opposition party leaders including N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao, he has now started targeting Chiranjeevi, who is yet to announce his political entry.
Mareppa’s comment that Chiranjeevi is selling blood in the name of blood banks has triggered widespread resentment among Chiru fans, who burnt his effigies and demanded his sacking from YSR cabinet. Mareppa did not lie low. He retaliated strongly, describing Chiranjeevi as a drunkard. “I will prove that he drinks a full bottle every day. I will also prove that he is selling blood from his blood banks. YSR is the only he-man in politics. Rest are all zeros,” he said.
Chiru is maintaining a lot of restraint, because he is yet to come out in public. But his fans are not silent. The war of words might snowball into a big controversy, causing troubles to YSR government.
After the strong news that Megastar Chiranjeevi would be making his arrival into politics seen light, nothing excited more than the fans of Chiru who were beaming with joy and happiness to see their favorite star leading them in the real life too. However, this announcement had its flip side with politicians and other leaders slinging mud.
After the recent attack on the film couple Rajasekhar-Jeevitha, the fans have taken a completely peaceful stand and despite some really belittling statements from leaders like Geetha Reddy, Mareppa and even few lesser known film personalities, the fans have been maintaining absolute peace and calm.
This has sent out some really positive feelers among the public not just towards the fans but also towards Megastar himself and they are really floored by the way Chiru has been maintaining his fans in full discipline despite the kind of things that have been happening around him. Indeed Nagababu has been addressing the fans to be peaceful and should not react wilder for every comment on Mega Star. But the things are other way round in reality. The fans have got wild and are stating that they would kill Mareppa for talking ill about their star.
“Mareppa has no standard to talk ill about Mega Star. We may kill him on the spot wherever we find him. What he is thinking of himself? There are Annayya’s fans in every party. Mareppa is hurting all of them”, said a fans’ leader within 24 hours of Mareppa’s statements against Chiru.
This has sent wrong signals in public again. Now Chiranjeevi should win elections with sympathy wave but not through ‘dadagiri of his fans’. It is a Universal Truth that ‘the society wishes to see the downfall of a man who is prospering. The same society wishes to see the prosperity of a man who is falling down and being troubled by others’.
