A Common Entrance Test, designated as Education Common Entrance Test-2010 (Ed.CET-2010) was conducted by the CONVENER, Ed.CET-2010, Department of Education,IASE, Osmania University, Hyderabad – 500 007 on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission into B.Ed. Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2010-2011.

Education Common Entrance Test (EdCET 2010) was conducted on June 13th by Osmania University.Its results have been released recently.

Officials have decided to conduct web-based counselling for B.Ed admissions this year and the counselling will begin from august 2nd 2010.

Candidates should bring hall ticket, rank card and all original certificates (marks memo, study certificate, income certificate, etc.,) necessary for admissions.

A processing fee of Rs. 400 (Rs.200 for SC / ST candidates) should be paid at the time of certificate verification.

Course fee varies from Rs. 2700 to Rs. 13,500 and for Private Unaided colleges is Rs. 13500 (along with a special fee of Rs. 3000)
