Chiranjeevi Has No Charisma At All

chiru_ntr1232415971

There was a time when he was called the demigod of the masses and was considered next to the legendary N T Rama Rao. But then, the recent election result has proved where he stands in front of the real public though he might have been something else in front of the reel public.

He is none other than Chiranjeevi and with the result that he has got, it has become clear that there is no charisma in him like most of them had assumed. This, in effect, is also a clear message to Chiru that he is miles away from NTR senior when it comes to public appeal.

Many say that Chiru was highly unapproachable and kept all at a distance but now his airs have been cut and he has been brought to the ground. While he is nowhere near an inch of being a demigod, it is about time he comes out of the dream that he is on par with NTR or there is any charisma about him.

Chiranjeevi on reconnect drive

chiranjee-tour

In order to strengthen the party and improve his rapport with leaders and workers, Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi is going to hold meetings with members of party affiliate organisations from Sunday.
He will meet members of the Mahila Rajyam, party women’s wing, on Sunday and later the activists of Yuva Rajyam and various other wings like advocates, doctors and IT in the course of the week.
The meetings assume significance as Chiranjeevi is trying to streamline the party in all aspects.
He also wants to spend more time with the leaders and workers who worked for the party in the last nine months.
Since the launch of the party, leaders and important functionaries were unable to meet Chiranjeevi as he was always busy with some or other activity. This caused disappointment among many of them as could be seen from the defections and dissident activity in the party before the elections.
Following the recent constituency- wise analysis meetings, Chiranjeevi decided to allocate more time to party workers.
COMPLAINTS Chiranjeevi received several complaints on top leaders in the meetings held with the observers of the Parliamentary constituencies yesterday.
They alleged, some in writing, that party vice president T Devendar Goud and general secretary Allu Aravind fielded weak candidates in several constituencies and dented the prospects of the party.
Chiranjeevi assured them that he would go into those allegations.
The delay in confirming the candidates had cost the party dearly.
Most of the candidates were finalised and given B forms in the eleventh hour, leaving them with not much time to draw their campaign strategy, they alleged.
They also complained about lack of transparency, and communication gap between higher and lower-rung functionaries because of which the mistakes happening at the field level could not be rectified.
The PRP chief had assured them that the communication gap between him and the leaders would be bridged.

PRP to organize Medical Camp Chiru

chiru25_263239943

Chiru who is touring Vizag agency area spoke to media today morning and said ‘This Government machinery has failed to deliver the goods to the tribals living in agency areas, so PRP would organize medical camps in this area to help the tribals.’

Chiru further says ‘The people of the state would accept the PRP’s decision after the result, PRP will get magic figure to form the Government, we don’t need anybody’s support or needn’t support anyone’.'What ever our party leaders may say on result estimates, I have my own estimates’.

Chiru and Congress leader Botsa Live Meeting

hari-rama-jogaiah

The uproar about Chiru-Botsa meeting at Visakhapatnam Air Port further intensified with the statement of senior PRP leader Hari Rama Jogayya. In his statement he said that, there is nothing wrong if Chiru and Botsa talks with each other. In fact, Chiru and Minister Botsa Satyanarayana are like minded people, and they are close friends for the past many years.’

Is it an indication that PRP is mending towards Congress party for an alliance to form the Government? Or, shall we take it as Chiru is no different to Botsa, who eagerly acquire lots of lands in and around Vizianagaram city, and who is famous for allocating party tickets to his entire family members, but speaks about service and welfare of the poor people?

It seems Hari Rama Jogayya is steering Chiru towards the Congress party, as he feels home at Congress party, and so as he can join the main stream of Congress party. It seems he is the one, who might be working for Congress party as a covert in Praja Rajyam party.

Is Chiru going to make a Mega blunder?

gallery26816_328480739

Is Chiru going to make mega blunder of his political career? The latest developments indicate the same. Today, Chiranjeevi meeting with senior congress leader Botsa Satyanarayana at Visakhapatnam Air port for more than half an hour indicates the swing of his mood towards Congress party. This is further strengthened with the statements by Hari Rama Jogayya and other leaders. Though, no one yet clearly spell their intentions, it seems every one prefer to keep their doors open for alliance, till the Government forms.

If, he is other than Chiranjeevi , people will not mind much about his meetings. But, Chiranjeevi raised lot of expectations with his ‘Social justice’ and ‘Change.’ He severely criticized YSR government till yesterday, and alleged him as a bribe-master of his irrigation projects. If, Chiranjeevi really supports Congress party and share power with them, then it means he do not mind to be a part of the corrupted system, and proves that he is no different to other political leaders.

While already many fans and fan clubs isolated him in the elections, with his latest move, he certainly will loose the confidence of the rest. The people’s opinion about his clean image, sincerity, service, and all other good things would be wiped out with a single action of supporting or joining Congress party, as he himself clearly repeated many times that Congress government is a fully corrupted, and robbing the poor people. His support or joining certainly indicates that his intentions are different, and matching to Parakala Prabhakar statements. The Mega Image of Mega Star would be reversed at once with a wrong decision.

More over, he should understand that no plant can survive under the shadow of a banyan tree. If, he joins or supports Congress government, he has to resize his Mega Image to a lower size, so as he can survive for a long at the discretion of YS. Rajashekar Reddy or some other senior leaders of the Congress party.

So, let us hope Mega Star will not make a Mega Blunder of his political career.

Chiranjeevi arrives in Vizag to a warm welcome by tribals

chiru_975352635

MUNCHINGPUT (VISAKHAPATNAM DT.): Tribals mobbed Praja Rajyam president K. Chiranjeevi at anthrax-hit Barda village, in Laxmipuram panchayat, in this mandal, about 190 km from Visakhapatnam, on Wednesday.

The actor-politician — who arrived at Munchingput by helicopter and later drove to Barda to interact with the patients — was accorded a rousing reception by the tribals. They thronged the nondescript village, located on the Andhra-Orissa border, and raised slogans in his support, ignoring his pleas. Several youth addressed him as ‘kaboye mukhyamantri’ (would-be Chief Minister).
Chiru’s concern

Mr. Chiranjeevi expressed concern over the plight of tribals and blamed the ruling party for failing to educate them and provide medicare. “It’s unfortunate that tribals are dying like flies due to malaria, viral fever and other infections,” he bemoaned.

In an oblique reference to holidaying by Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N. Chandrababu Naidu, he said, “It is not the time to relax when tribals are dying due to various diseases.”

Mr. Chiranjeevi, who was scheduled to fly back to Hyderabad, could not go due to inclement weather. Heavy rain lashed the agency belt making it difficult to fly. Tribal women applied turmeric on his forehead and offered garlands.

Earlier, he visited Lobburu primary health centre and interacted with medical officer G. Janardhanam.

Candidate performance reports irk Chiranjeevi

11236756358

The Praja Rajyam Party’s exercise to analyse the polling trends has reached farcical proportions, embarrassing party president Chianjeevi to no end.
Though he is appealing to the contestants repeatedly to state their prospects honestly, the candidates are making out as if they are going to register landslide victory even in inhospitable constituencies.
To ensure that the party president would get a clear idea as to how youth and women had voted for the party, the leaders distributed proformas to them to enter the details of percentage of polling of youth, women and so on. But the candidates who apparently did not make any analysis of the polling pattern in their constituencies, copied the details from others’ proformas only to escape the ire of the party president.
Chiranjeevi began Assemblywise analysis of the party’s performance recently. On day one he interacted with the candidates of three districts and found that they were not coming out with critical analysis and decided to hasten the exercise. Candidates are trying to keep the party president in good humor by claiming that the party would win at least 8 seats in every district.
More ridiculous are some comments made by some candidates that the party would win Kuppam seat, represented by Telugu Desam party president N Chandrababu Naidu and Rapthadu constituency from where Paritala Sunitha is contesting.
Kadapa district candidates were so confident that party would win 8 seats in the bastion of the Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
With such a `fabulous’ feedback even Chiranjeevi was reportedly annoyed over the performance reports.
Though the party has asked the candidates to spell out the problems they had faced in the run up to polls and the factors that had worked on the poll day, the poll pattern and suggestions to improve the party, no candidate has applied their minds and came up with the details.

krishnam_chiru1237902604

Behind The Scene Lagadapati Over-Action

lagadapatiraja1240960248
Industrialist and Congress candidate for Vijayawada MP seat, Lagadapati Rajagopal, seems to be in a lot of frustration, following the talk that he is losing the elections.

He is now giving vent to his frustration on his bete noire Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao. Otherwise, there was no reason why he had to convene a press conference at Hyderabad and criticise the TRS.

Lagadapati says the TDP would have got at least a couple of MP seats and more number of MLA seats in Telangana, had it not entered into alliance with the TRS. “By allowing TRS into the Mahakootami, the TDP lost heavily. It is not going to get even a single MP seat in the entire state and it has lost the opportunity of getting more MLA seats,” he said.

He also expressed sympathy for Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi. “He has made several strategic mistakes and failed to build up the organisation. Otherwise, he would have become at least the Leader of Opposition this time and the Chief Minister in 2004,” Lagadapati said.

Who has asked him to make all these silly comments? It is better he focuses on Vijayawada.
