Governor ND Tiwari addressed the joint session of Assembly (MLC & MLAs) today in the central hall of the assembly.
Reacting to the Governor’s speech Chiru said ‘The speech of Governor looks like the screen play written for Congress party’s election campaign. If the State income is going up, why the farmers are committing suicide? Roshaiah committee is eye wash on Teleangana issue. The Government couldn’t dare to accept the truth. If the projects are not built on priority basis, the state’s financial position will be in soup
According to film nagar sources, Chiru has got lot of challenges ahead, its expected that it may be from his fans, as during the election time, there was also a buzz that many of Chiru’s fans were seeing holding opposition party flags and this happened in Tirupati and Palakollu alike.
Now, the time has come when the Chiru fans will be seen during the arrival of the film ‘Magadheera’ and they might want to tie the banners. However given their political differences, it could spark new tensions between themselves so this will be another challenge for Chiru.
HYDERABAD: Praja Rajyam has regretted that ‘injustice’ had been done to the State in terms of the poor representation in the Union Council of Ministers and charged Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy with lack of will to pursue the State’s agenda. At a press conference here on Thursday, senior leader T. Sitaram said that although 33 Congress MPs were elected from the State, Dr. Reddy managed to secure only one Cabinet rank Minister and four Ministers of State.
In comparison, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, that sent lesser number of Congress and Trinamool Congress MPs, had bagged many more berths while the NCP could get three. He regretted that the North-South divide still continued despite better performance. Of the 78-strong Union Cabinet, only 26 were from the South, he said.
PRP Chief Megastar is going to write a letter to Shard Pawar , who is the Agriculture Minter in Government of India.
The demands of Chiru are-

3. On the other hand, State Government of AP is filing cases on Rice Millers, this ultimately effecting the farmers. So the Government of India should intervene in this.
4. Ban of Fine rice export from the state is also effecting the sate farmers to get support price.

6 Insurance must be applicable to the produce of the farmers not on the loan taken.
TIRUPATI: There is finally the official word about PR founder and Tirupati MLA-elect, Chiranjeevi’s visit to his constituency. Chiru’s maiden visit to Tirupati after his election from the prestigious Tirupati seat is officially announced on Monday by the State leader of the party, Tammineni Seetharam.
As per the itinerary finalised for his two-day visit to the temple city, Chiranjeevi would be arriving here on May 28. He would use the occasion to familiarise himself with the local issues and the local leaders with whom he has to work as the local MLA.
During his stay here, Mr. Sitharam said Mr. Chiranjeevi would receive representations on local issues that needed immediate attention.
He said that the severe drubbing that the party received was due to some serious organisational deficiencies which would be overcome in due course.
No one really understood how chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy was cool as a cucumber and was beaming with smiles prior to the election while the other parties were scampering about in the summer heat pleading for votes. The result was seen by one and all and his smiles now make sense.
Now, there is news that YS has chalked out a plan and this time he is looking to pull junior NTR into congress. If this happens, then it will become the biggest blow for entire Telugu Desam Party. On the other hand, YS is also said to have got something for the Chiranjeevi camp.
He is said to be working on strategies to dilute PRP up to ‘zero’ by pulling its won MLAs and it must be said that most of the winners have been from other parties earlier. If YS is able to pull this plan successfully then Lagadapati Sridhar’s words of YS meeting Jyoti Basu’s record will become very much a reality.

With megastar Chiranjeevi and his party losing the elections in a rather humiliating manner, many have been trying to figure out the causes for this. As expected, the first reason Chiru family is said to be going through is the Vaastu effects on the home and also the PRP office.
Apparently, Chiru who has been taking the back route for entering and leaving the PRP office is now said to be taking the front route. This is being done on the advice of few Vaastu specialists. Not only that, even things at Chiru’s home are now said to be making few changes.
Incidentally, when Chiru was shifting from the old house to the new house, their Vaastu experts had reportedly advised them to leave everything including clothes at the old place and get all new stuff. They believed to have said that this will rid the family from the ‘Sani effect’. Ironically, Chiru’s tensions grew even more after shifting to new house with Sreeja’s wedding, Vajrotsavam controversy etc.
Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi is trying to keep as cooler as possible and is trying to infuse a sort of enthusiasm in the cadres, which are thoroughly disappointed with the party’s performance in the elections.
Chiranjeevi is telling the party leaders and cadres who are coming to meet him to take the people’s verdict as a lesson so that they all should make efforts to strengthen the party in the next five years.
“Don’t worry. We have got 18 seats. Now, we have to think how we make it 10 times more in the next five years,” Chiru is telling the party leaders.
According to PRP sources, Chiranjeevi is contemplating on shedding the dead wood and cleanse the party at all levels. The primary focus is to build up the party from grassroot levels. “We have to follow the Telugu Desam model in building up the organisation at all levels,” the PRP president told the party functionaries.
