Guru Nanak Dev University or GNDU, was established at Amritsar, India on November 24, 1969 to commemorate Guru Nanak Dev’s birth quincentenary celebrations. GNDU is both a residential and an affiliating university. In conceiving the future course of the University, the objectives enshrined in the Act 1969, emphasised that the new university would make provision for imparting education and promoting research in the humanities, learned professions, sciences, especially of applied nature and technology.

Guru Nanak Dev University MBA/MCA Online Counselling for those Candidates who have not participated in 1st counseling can join 2nd counseling by paying counseling fee from 6/08/2010 to 11/08/2010.

For sport category the counseling will be done on 05/08/2010 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of Director, Sports, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Candidates who have applied under this category are required to be present on the above said time and venue with necessary documents/certificates.

Vivek Oberoi debuted in Ram Gopal Varma’s film Company. He received Filmfare Awards for Best Debut as well as Best Supporting Actor. He then starred in the action films, Road and Dum.Oberoi serves as the World Health Organization’s anti-tobacco spokesperson. He is involved with several charities in Chennai and Mumbai. His work with Project Hope to bring relief to victims of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami earned him a Good Samaritan Award from Rotary International.

Vivek Oberoi will marry Priyanka Alva who is from Bangalore.It is an arranged marraige. She is the daughter of famous social worker Nandini Alwa and Former Minister and Janta Dal Leader Jeevraj Alwa. Her mother is social worker and danseuse Nandini Alva.

Priyanka has studied Business Management from London.

Vivek Oberoi marraige will take place on 29th October 2010s on after Vivek’s 34th birthday.His engagement will take place in September.

Dabangg is an upcoming Hindi action film, directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz Khan, set to be released on 10 September 2010. It is the first film of newly launched Arbaaz Khan productions. The lead actors in the film include Arbaaz’s elder brother, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha.

It is going to be the debut film of Sonakshi as an actor and Arbaaz as a producer. The film also marks the debut of director Abhinav Kashyap who is the brother of acclaimed director Anurag Kashyap. The film also features Om Puri, Dimple Kapadia, Vinod Khanna, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arbaaz Khan, Mahie Gill and Sonu Sood in supporting roles. The theatrical trailer of Dabangg was released on 23 July 2010.
