Dabangg is an upcoming Hindi action film, directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz Khan, set to be released on 10 September 2010. It is the first film of newly launched Arbaaz Khan productions. The lead actors in the film include Arbaaz’s elder brother, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha. It is going to be the debut film of Sonakshi as an actor and Arbaaz as a producer. The film also marks the debut of director Abhinav Kashyap who is the brother of acclaimed director Anurag Kashyap.

Saravanan Sivakumar ( born 23 July 1975) is a Tamil film actor. Son of actor Sivakumar, he starred in Tamil films, such as Nandha (2001), Kaakha Kaakha (2003), Pithamagan (2004), Perazhagan (2005), Ghajini (2005), Vaaranam Aayiram (2008) and Ayan (2009). As of 2009, he has won three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and three Filmfare Awards.

He married actress Jyothika Sadanah on 11 September 2006.[5] On August 10 2007, the couple’s daughter Diya was born. He resides in Chennai with his family. On the 7 June 2010, Jyothika gave birth to their second child, Dokrubas sasam

In 2008, Surya began Agaram Foundation working to help children who drop out of school early in Tamil Nadu. With the Ministry of Education in Tamil Nadu, he created a short commercial video outlining child poverty, labour and lack of education, titled Herova? Zerova?. The film was written and produced by Surya and also starred Joseph Vijay, R. Madhavan and Jyothika.

The five-member inquiry committee, probing the sex scandal that has rocked Indian hockey, on Friday submitted its report to Hockey India .

“We have received the report from the committee. We will study and discuss the report thoroughly and accordingly give our recommendations and submit it to SAI tomorrow,” HI Secretary Narinder Batra said.

Chairman of the inquiry panel, Rajiv Mehta said the committee received testimonies from both the parties – sacked coach M K Kaushik and complainant Ranjita Devi — and no other evidences were required for the probe.

Hockey India then sprung into action and formed a five-member committee to investigate the matter.

Kaushik tendered his resignation to HI president Stokes on Wednesday and pleaded innocence, saying the allegations were baseless and he was a victim of “big-time conspiracy”.

HI also sacked videographer Basavraj whose photographs with prostitutes in compromising situations during the recent Canada and China tour were also sent to the national body through an anonymous e-mail.

Former Indian skipper Mohammad Azharuddin on Friday sought to scotch speculation of his romantic relationship with Jwala Gutta, saying the ace badminton doubles player is just a “good friend.”

According to media reports, Azharuddin has been dating 26-year-old Jwala and is on the verge of filing for divorce from his wife of 14 years Sangeeta Bijlani within a week.

However, Azharuddin, a Congress MP from Moradabad, rubbished all such reports, terming them as baseless, fabricated and in bad taste.

According to the media report, which quoted a source from the Andhra Pradesh Badminton Association, Jwala was seen many times with Azharuddin after her practice session at the Gachibowli stadium.
