Navya Nair born 1984 whose real name is Dhanya Nair, is a Malayalam actress. She is a Resident of the Allepey district, a place called Cheppadu. Father, Rajan is working with the Telecom Subdivision and Mother, Veena, a teacher with the M.S.M High Secondary school. Brother,Rahul is studing in the upper primary school.

Dhanya Nair, 24, better known by her stage name Navya Nair, is a Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada actress.

On 21st January 2010 actress Navya Nair was engaged to Santhosh Menon from Changancherry, who was working as a vice-president of an advertising company in Mumbai. The wedding ceremony will be as per Kerala tradition and will take place near Alapuzha at 9 am. A grand reception will be held on the same evening at 6 pm. Changancherry where with who’s who of Malayalam film industry.

The marriage ceremony will take place at her native place Cheppad in Alleppy district with Kerala Hindu rituals. According to the sources, around 5000 people have been invited for the glittering wedding ceremony.

According to sources, “Santhosh and his parents had a casual meeting with Navya Nair and her family members. Well, as things went on all, the elders have arranged for their marriage now. The wedding is expected to take place without a formal engagement ceremony in Kerala.”
