MALAPPURAM, Kerala: The Manjeri police arrested t Congress leader and firebrand orator Rajmohan Unnithan on charges of indulging in immoral activities.
The leader and a woman identified as Jayalakshmi (32) of Kollam, were arrested and taken to the police station after the neighbours informed the police.
The neighbours surrounded the rented house after they got suspicious about the activities and informed the police.
A case has been registered against the two. The two were subjected for medical examination at the Manjeri Hospital. A case for immoral traffic has been registered against Ashraf, a native of Manjeri, who took the house for rent.
They three will be produced before the court later today.
In Kerala, a consenting man and woman cannot have sex. Sex can only be sold here. They do it in the Gulf and elsewhere. Then, they preach morality. But to everyone’s surprise its Rajmohan Unnithan, who is well know for his “rectifying and rebel” image( Thiruthalvathi), who is caught red-handed. So certainly the common people of this state of kerala responds to this event in a violent manner.
