Praja Rajyam president K. Chiranjeevi will address public meetings in Badvel, Kadapa and Rayachoti on April 18, as part of his campaign for second phase of elections in Kadapa district, party’s State vice-president and Kadapa Lok Sabha candidate Shaik Khaleel Basha said on Thursday.
